Open-end yarn
Recycled & Virgin Open End Yarn Spinning
Recycled open-end yarns are an economical alternative to virgin cotton yarns, widely used in knitting and weaving. Virgin programmes deliver consistent strength and performance from new fibers — both produced on the same integrated rotor lines at clover®.
Yarns are produced in counts ranging from Ne 6/1 (Nm 10) to Ne 30/1 (Nm 50), with extended capability up to Ne 50/1 depending on blend and application.
Available blends include Cotton/Polyester and Cotton/Acrylic, with custom blend ratios developed to customer requirements.
Quality & Color Programmes
All yarns are manufactured at our production facilities in Türkiye under controlled processes and strict quality standards — for knitting and weaving formats.
In addition to our rich color range, custom shades are available on request. We supply guaranteed-dyed ecru, optical white, melange, and solid colors, with flexible fiber content ratios across requested compositions.
Recycled programmes comply with international recycling standards and are produced in accordance with GRS certification requirements.
